Who provides the website
The website is provided by Mehmet Nuri Özdemir, trading as SeamlessWorks (sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen)), Siegesstraße 13, 80802 Munich, Germany. Full details are in the imprint.
Information, not an offer
The website describes our services and our platform. Nothing on it is a binding offer: a contract with us comes about only through a separate written agreement. Screens of our software show example data, and the features we describe can change as the platform develops.
We take care that the content is correct and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete, accurate or current at all times.
Our content
The texts, images, videos, graphics, logos and software screens on this website belong to us or to those who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and other laws where they apply.
You may view the website, and print or save pages for your own information, including to evaluate our services within your organisation. Any other use, such as copying, publishing or changing our content, or using our name or logo, needs our written permission first.
Using the website
Do not use the website in a way that harms it or anyone else. In particular, do not try to gain unauthorised access to it, overload or disrupt it, get around its security, copy its content in bulk with automated tools, or send unlawful content or harmful files through its forms. What you send us through the forms must be true and must not infringe anyone’s rights.
Links to other websites
Where we link to other websites, we have no control over their content and are not responsible for it. We check a page when we link to it; if we learn that a linked page is unlawful, we remove the link.

If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the courts of Munich, Germany, have exclusive jurisdiction.
