Inside the SeamlessWorks AI OS

Every agent and app we build runs on one platform. Here is what the AI OS does, and why we built one platform instead of many tools.

· SeamlessWorks

Every agent we build runs on the same platform: the SeamlessWorks AI OS. It is where we build agents and apps, how they connect to your systems and where your rules apply. This post explains what it does.

One platform, four parts on top

Agents take on whole workflows. Apps give your teams a view of every case and a way to step in. Integrations connect the AI OS to any tool you run, and where a legacy system has no API, agents use its screens like a person does. Security and governance apply to all of it: who may do what, what needs a person and what was done.

What an agent is made of

An agent on the AI OS has four parts. Knowledge: your procedures, products and policies. Actions: the steps it may take in your systems. Rules: limits, approvals and when to bring in a person. Voice: your tone and the languages your customers speak. Our team builds each part with your experts.

Not tied to one AI model

The AI OS works with leading large language models and uses the one that suits each task: a fast model to understand a request, a stronger one to reason through a complex case. When better models arrive, your agents can use them without being rebuilt.

It plans, then acts

For each case, the agent plans its steps before it acts, checks them against your rules and then carries them out in your systems. If a system is slow or down, it retries or hands the case to a person. Nothing changes without the access you approved.

Tested before it goes live

Before an agent handles real customers, we test it with your team on real and simulated cases and compare the results with how the work is done today. Once it is live, every run is on the record, so results can be checked and the agent improved.

Agents that improve themselves

Every case is checked against your standards. When an agent falls short, or a person has to correct it, the AI OS finds the pattern, proposes a fix and tests it on past cases. The change goes live only when the tests pass and your team approves it. Each correction becomes a new test, so a problem that is fixed stays fixed.

Why one platform

Building every agent on one platform means the connections, rules and records you set up once work for every agent that follows. Each new workflow is quicker to add than the last, and your controls stay in one place.
